Septianie Putri

Septianie Putri is an illustrator and visual artist based between Jakarta and London, whose evocative, speculative-fiction imagery explores Anthropocene anxieties through imaginary creatures, alternative worlds, and reimagined everyday objects.

With a master’s degree in Illustration and Visual Media from University of the Arts London, she layers watercolor, gouache, and ink on sustainable surfaces to craft narratives that critique and reframe our shared future—garnering recognition through exhibitions in London, Tokyo, Belgrade, and a 2nd-place win at the Context Comic G20 competition in 2022.
